Finnish health companies showcase in the US

Finland is a highly innovative technology superpower where decision making is effective and agile. Problem solving runs in the Finnish DNA and there’s a great know-how on patient life enhancement. The environment is perfect for creating a strong competitive edge for collaborations.

Finland´s position as a leader in digital health is already notices by global players. Two weeks ago IBM announced that it will establish a Watson Health Center of Excellence in Finland, the first Nordic Healthcare Competence Center, and the first National Imaging Center of Excellence outside the United States in Finland.  Last year GE Healthcare made the decision to base its wearable technology development in Finland. Also StartUp Health, a global health innovation company with the world’s largest portfolio of digital health companies, announced in 2015 the launch of StartUp Health Finland, their first international hub outside the U.S.

Meet us at the Health 2.0 Annual Fall Conference

For the fourth consecutive time Team Finland is hosting some of the most promising Finnish health and wellness startups at the Health 2.0 10th Annual Fall Conference in Santa Clara, California.

The Team Finland Lunch & Learn session will showcase the success story of Finland and the smart solutions of the top 11 companies. You can get a deeper insight into the ground breaking Finnish innovations ready to hit the US Market. The session is held on Monday at 12:15pm, in Ballroom C. See conference program.
